Learn to Be a Pet Groomer

Are you looking for a rewarding new career?
Our hands-on grooming training program might be for you!
With over 25 years professional grooming experience, you will work side by side with our Salon Manager and her skilled team of pet stylists.
Our program consists of 3 skill levels to become a fully trained pet groomer. Beginning with Level 1 Bather, you could start earning a paycheck within 14 days.
On your first day, you will start grooming dogs in our salon, not from a computer screen. From Doodles to poodles, and everything in between, you will learn the skills needed to be a professional dog groomer.
Level 1: Bather
In Level 1, you will learn the following skills
- Proper brushing techniques and tool selection
- Dog handling techniques
- Bathing, blow drying skills
- Ear cleaning, nail trimming
- Canine anatomy
- Tools and equipment are not included (~$1,000)
Level 2: Pet Groomer
Building on the foundational skills from Level 1, in Level 2 you will learn the following skills and techniques:
- Basic clipper techniques
- Basic scissoring techniques
- Creative grooming & hair coloring
- Advance dog handling skills
- Tools and equipment are not included (~$1,000)
Level 3 Pet Stylist
Building on the foundation of Level 1 and mastering the skills from Level 2, in Level 3 you will learn:
- Advance scissoring skills
- Pattern and breed standard trims
- Hand stripping
- Tools and equipment are not included (~$1,000)
