We started Max’s Natural Pet Market & Salon because of Max, of course. Our beloved Bichon Frise.
We are laser focused on the fundamental core value that pets are family, what we feed them matters and most importantly where that food comes from matters. They deserve the best lifestyle, and their pet parents deserve unbiased nutritional information so they can make the best choices for their loved ones.
Max’s Natural Pet Market & Salon is a solution-based pet market, and our mission is to provide an exceptional in-store shopping experience for both pet and pet parent that includes cage free grooming services. Depending on the store location, we are able to offer in-store dog training, luxury pet hotel suites and our ultimate indoor play date doggy daycare parks.
As soon as you enter through our doors, customers will immediately feel at home. A clean, warm and inviting environment immediately greets you. Your BFF starts shopping without anxiety because they know we have their best interests at heart.

And depending on the store location and available space, our stores may also offer Doggie Daycare, Dog Training and Pet Hotel Services.
Since our beginning in 2018, we take our nutritional commitment above and beyond with our Business Partner training program. That is how we become experts. The Franchisee’s store manager and their staff will receive hundreds of hours of education, becoming in-house experts. For customers whose pets are struggling with allergies or other health challenges, having a local expert is a godsend. We take the time to train and educate which in turn educates our customers and that brings additional value to the customers shopping experience.
